By accessing or using GrandmaSavings (grandmasavings.com), operated by QuarkNodes, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GrandmaSavings is a financial planning platform that provides educational tools including: financial health diagnosis, goal planning, personalized financial plan generation, investment calculators, and business analysis tools.

⚠️ Important: GrandmaSavings provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

To access paid features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

GrandmaSavings offers a Free plan and a Popular plan (€9/month or €90/year).

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. QuarkNodes, Inc. does not store payment card information.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Prices are quoted in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All sales are final. GrandmaSavings does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees of any kind, including for first-time subscribers.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for the remaining period.

If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge, please contact us at support@grandmasavings.com and we will review your case individually.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the service without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.

All content, features, and functionality of GrandmaSavings — including the software, design, text, graphics, and branding — are owned by QuarkNodes, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your financial data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the data you enter into the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QuarkNodes, Inc. is not liable for:

• Financial decisions made based on content provided by GrandmaSavings.
• Inaccuracies in calculations resulting from incorrect user-provided data.
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page, which permanently removes all your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to QuarkNodes, Inc. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
