GrandmaSavings is operated by QuarkNodes, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

We collect the following information when you use GrandmaSavings:

• Account data: Full name, email address, country, and password (securely hashed by Firebase — we never store or access your plain-text password).
• Financial journey data: Income, expenses, debt, assets, financial goals, risk profile, and selected financial paths — all entered voluntarily by you.
• Payment data: Processed exclusively by Stripe. We never store full card numbers or payment credentials.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps — collected anonymously for product improvement.

• To provide, personalize, and improve the GrandmaSavings service.
• To generate your personalized financial plan and recommendations.
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, payment receipts).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your financial data for advertising purposes.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate GrandmaSavings:

• Google Firebase (Firebase Auth + Firestore): Authentication and encrypted database storage. Data stored in Google Cloud (us-central1 region).
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. See Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including your financial journey, saved analyses, and business plans — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session. We use Google Analytics cookies (anonymized) to understand how users interact with the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, Firebase security rules restricting data access to authenticated owners only, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of GrandmaSavings after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
